Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO Headhunter) - Evening Shift

ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internal HR team. ⚠ STOP: This is NOT an internship. This is for professionals with verifiable recruitment experience.

We need a Recruitment Specialist who can spot top talent and manage high-volume recruitment drives for our US Sales & Support divisions.

THE PACKAGE:

• Salary: Market Competitive
• Shift: Evening (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Ideal work-life balance.

THE ROLE (Execution Focused):

• Sourcing Mastery: You must be an expert in finding candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search (Not just waiting for applications).
• Screening: Conduct high-quality phone interviews. Your spoken English must be Flawless—you are interviewing other fluent speakers.
• Pipeline: Manage the candidate flow from "Sourced" to "Offer Accepted."
• Closer Mentality: We expect recruiters who can sell the job and ensure candidates show up.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year of verifiable experience in BPO Recruitment or Talent Acquisition (this experience is mandatory).
• Tech Stack: You MUST know how to use LinkedIn for sourcing (Profiles, InMail, Connections).
• English: Native/Neutral Accent is non-negotiable.
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.
