A talent acquisition specialist is responsible for the hiring process.Key duties include partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, using various platforms to attract talent, screening applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while adhering to the organization's long-term goals. Responsibilities and duties

  • Strategy and planning: Identify staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop strategies for filling roles.
  • Sourcing: Use multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks like LinkedIn, and social media, to find and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and select candidates to move forward in the process.
  • Hiring and onboarding: Coordinate interviews, make hiring recommendations, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process and provide regular updates.
  • Metrics and reporting: Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and report on recruitment results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Real estate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in recruitment processes and interviewing techniques
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
