JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for an expanding recruitment and executive search firm, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support in end-to-end recruitment, for clients across diverse industries and geographic regions.

The role is based in Karachi and requires strong expertise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery. The successful candidate will manage client and internal hiring requirements, oversee the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure high-quality candidate while meeting tight deadlines. This role is ideal for an ambitious recruitment professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic talent acquisition, ensuring measurable impact for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to different industry demands.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Identify and secure senior-level talent while building and maintaining a robust pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic hiring guidance.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations to meet hiring targets, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR or Recruitment related certifications (CIPD, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) highly preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment or executive search, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory/Assistant manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing mid to senior-level hiring across multiple industries.
  • Exposure to client management, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command on different search techniques, job boards, and ATS systems.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment analytics reporting.
  • Familiarity with psychometric or technical assessments preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Team player with leadership potential.
  • Professional integrity with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
