Position - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Plant Manufacturing hiring)

Location:- Goregaon

Qualifications:

• Any graduate with 1-3 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/plant hiring preferred).

•Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
•Ability to handle hiring independently and deliver within deadlines.
•Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Role & responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles (blue-collar, staff, and managerial).
•Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
•Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
•Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles to ensure the right fit.
•Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers.
•Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
•Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports and trackers.
•Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Male / Female with good knowledge of the plant hiring process. Hiring knowledge of (blue-collar, staff, and managerial). Candidates from a consultancy background can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
