We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and building high-performing teams. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Complete Recruitment Process from Sourcing to Onboarding

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring best practices is a plus

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors Degree or PG Degree with HR (Passed out 2024,2025)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
