Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter Intern to gain hands-on exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle. This role offers practical experience in talent sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate relationship management. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about HR, recruitment, and technology hiring who wish to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on staffing needs and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Participate actively in HR initiatives, team discussions, and process improvement efforts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive individuals with a fast-learning and growth-oriented mindset.
