Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Digital Marketing)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Human Resource team for which a Talent Acquisition Specialist has a critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
  • Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement.
  • Understanding the sourcing of candidates through using job portals and referrals.
  • Should have experience on LinkedIn and preparing database using LinkedIn.
  • Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
  • Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
  • To develop & update Job description & Job specifications with minimal Information
  • Sourcing profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking Sites, naukri.com, LinkedIn.
  • Screen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining internal database of consultants as per their skill sets
  • Overlooking all technical interviews, monitoring profile movement across the process & shortlists till closure stage. Follow up with the candidates offered & confirming on their joining dates.
  • Location: Golf Course Road, Sector -43, Gurugram (Work from Office) Experience: 2+ years as Talent Acquisition Specialist

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Handled Profiles like: Python, PHP, iOS, Android, Flutter, Frontend Developer, Ui/Ux Designer, Shopify/Wordpress Developer, Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Sales/Presales/ Functional Hiring etc.
  • Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
  • Must be able to work on MS Office.
  • Any Graduate who is good in communication and wants to make their career in Recruitment.
  • Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis - Very Aggressively.

  • Eager to learn new skills and take on challenging situations.
  • Good in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
