Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
Effectively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter tools, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases.
Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback and a smooth hiring experience.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics regularly to the HR team and leadership.
Build candidate pools for future requirements and consistently meet assigned metrics and goals
Initiate background checks on candidates and identify potential red flags.
Compose offer letters/Work Orders and negotiate salary and benefits.
Requirments:
Male only (Age 24-30)
BSCS, or BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or related
At least 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center or Digital Marketing Agency US Based.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.

Excellent attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic, team environment with competing demands.
Must be technically savvy including a great deal of data mining, social networking expertise, and computer knowledge including Internet and MS Office Suite.

Must be well versed in networking with external associations, organizations, etc. via telephone.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
