Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Handle bulk hiring / mass recruitment and white-collar hiring
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews / telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and job requirements
  • Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update candidate database / ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process and documentation
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hiring plans
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and joining formalities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and job portals
  • Experience with LinkedIn hiring, headhunting, and employer branding
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
