Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle bulk hiring / mass recruitment and white-collar hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews / telephonic interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and job requirements
- Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate database / ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Ensure smooth onboarding process and documentation
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hiring plans
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and joining formalities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and job portals
- Experience with LinkedIn hiring, headhunting, and employer branding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
