Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tamheer)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee.

This exciting role offers the chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience and grow professionally through the prestigious Tamheer Program .

Main Tasks:

• Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
• Active use of recruitment tools
• Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right candidates.
• Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
• Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meet the requirements of Tamheer Program
• Proficiency in English language
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
