Kurz Industrial Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions. This role is critical to attracting top talent across technical, service, and operational roles while ensuring a seamless onboarding and employee experience.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across skilled labor, field service, sales, and administrative roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach

Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure an excellent candidate experience

Support employer branding efforts and recruiting events (job fairs, trade schools, etc.)

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding across multiple locations

Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training coordination

Support HR processes including employee records, compliance, and benefits administration

Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combination of both

Experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, or skilled labor roles preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

Familiarity with ATS and HR systems
