• Drive recruitment for white-collar positions, including e-commerce and commercial roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles
• Coordinate job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community hiring events
• Utilize Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) methods and structured assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Work closely business heads to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
• Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress to business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience,
• Awareness of advanced sourcing techniques
• Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels
• Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
