Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field

3-5 years of recruitment experience,

Awareness of advanced sourcing techniques

Knowledge of labor market trends and local white-collar hiring channels

Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
