Job Purpose
Supervise the recruitment activities within the assigned accounts.
Report To Position Name
1. Conduct interviews for potential external & internal candidates up to Managerial level.
3. Review shortlists prepared by the recruitment team, and assure its compliance with needed role
profiles.
4. Supervise the hiring process preformed by the recruitment team to assure smooth
implementation..
5. Manage special types of recruitment Panels
6. Assure the compliance of requested job vacancies with the budgeted headcount planned.
7. Make sure of compliance of the related department Org
8. Innovate to serve the related accounts
9. Enhance the level of automation
Account Management Activities:
10. Establish & maintain a good rapport with the internal & external customers to maintain high
level of customer satisfaction.
11. Act as a link between the assigned departments (Up to CXOs level) and all the other HR
functions.
12. Supervise outsourcing issues and assure adherence to relevant contracts terms and conditions.
13. Monitor and advice regarding updating organization charts for the related accounts.
Other Activities:
14. Establish & maintain good relations with external recruitment & outsourcing agencies.
15. Represent the company in all HR events ( i.e.: Employment fairs, conferences, etc )
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Degree in business related discipline.
Very Good Computer skills. Very good use of Ms Word/Excel applications.
Very Good - Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Minimum 4 to 5 years Experience.
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
Mass Recruitment experience.
Multinational Back ground.
Telecom back ground
