As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process while supporting the team in various HR functions. You will have the opportunity to learn about talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and the overall recruitment lifecycle, helping to shape the future of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with our team to:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals as LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and support in conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and help manage candidate communications
• Support in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Learn about end-to-end recruitment cycles and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Preferably a Senior student in HR, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• English fluency is a must.
