Responsibilities:
- Reviewing job descriptions for vacancies and posting job
boards.
- Screening potential candidates resumes.
- Scheduling interview sending emails confirmations and
setting up interview invites.
- Assist with conducting phone interviews.
- Responding to inquiries of shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers.
- Responding to questions about offer packages.
you will also be required to ensure that the workers are
properly recruited, which means that they have all
necessary credentials before they are sent out to work i.e.
criminal record checks, immigration checks, training
certification etc.
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Medium to advanced skills in Excel & Google Sheets
- Multi-tasking & organizing skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Work from home permanently
- PM shifts (from 12PM till 8PM)
- Saturdays and Sundays are off
