What You'll Do

As an Agent Assistant, you'll work directly alongside our lead agent to keep operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and coordinating casting calls
• Reviewing auditions and talent submissions
• Maintaining and updating talent profiles and materials
• Providing general administrative support to the lead agent

What We're Looking For

You don't need prior industry experience, just a genuine interest in film, TV, theatre, modeling, or acting, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with digital platforms and remote workflows
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• A strong communicator, both in writing and verbally

Please note: Active working actors are not eligible for this role.

Schedule & Pay

This position offers real flexibility. You'll select 2–4 days per week to be "on call," for which you'll receive a base payment. Any active hours worked on top of that are compensated at an hourly rate. So your earnings reflect the work you put in.
