Talent and Recruiting Agent

Overview

Address & Co. is a growing luxury apartment locating brokerage seeking a motivated Talent & Recruiting Partner to help expand our network of independent leasing specialists.

This role focuses on identifying and screening entrepreneurial candidates who want to build income through apartment locating in the Atlanta market.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to applicant inquiries from job boards
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Introduce candidates to the Address & Co. business model
• Identify motivated and self-driven applicants
• Assist with basic onboarding coordination

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communicator and comfortable leading short interviews
• Organized and responsive with scheduling
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate is a plus
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Compensation

This is a performance-based role designed for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping grow a high-performing team.

You will earn compensation for each successful agent you recruit into Address & Co.

Compensation Structure

• $75 when a recruited agent signs and completes onboarding
• $150 when that agent closes their first apartment locating deal

This structure rewards recruiters who bring in motivated, high-quality agents who produce results, not just volume.

There is no cap on earnings. The more successful agents you recruit, the more you earn.

This is a flexible, independent contractor role with the ability to work remotely and set your own schedule.

Pay: $75.00 per day
