Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective talent

  • Cultivate relationships with candidates, ensuring clear and ongoing communication


Candidate Screening

  • Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for suitability

  • Assess candidate alignment with position requirements, culture fit, communication skills, and motivation

  • Efficiently move qualified candidates through each stage of the interview process


Pipeline & Process Management

  • Accurately track candidates using CRM and recruiting tools

  • Manage interview scheduling and facilitate coordination with leadership

  • Ensure consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged throughout the process


Recruiting Support

  • Learn and implement best recruiting practices from seasoned team leaders

  • Monitor recruiting metrics, including call volume, interviews scheduled, and hires made

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented

  • Comfortable conducting outreach calls and establishing rapport with new contacts

  • Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting

  • Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems

  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or business operations
