Your Opportunity

We are looking for a part-time Talent & Colleague Experience Specialist to support to support the Talent Centre of Excellence on day to day activities and projects related to Talent Management, Colleague Experience, Diversity and Inclusion (including Nationalisation), Leadership Development and Employee Wellbeing.


The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.


This role is part of the finance team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai.


Key Accountabilities

Employee Wellbeing

  • Preparation of annual wellbeing calendars and publish across SME and ensure buy in and up take of events and initiatives through engaging communication plans
  • Manage events related to wellbeing (including those hosted by Group such as mental health week, Zero Harm week etc) and ensure communication reach to all employees
  • Update and monitor the YourWellbeing Hub Page and ensure continued increase in page hits
  • Own, manage and publish Wellbeing Discounts for the benefit of all employees
  • Ensure wellbeing information is rolled across relevant communication channels to ensure access for frontlines employees (including Virtual Health, EAP ect)


Diversity and Inclusion

  • Prepare and publish annual Diversity and Inclusion events calendar and ensure buy in and participation through engaging communication plans
  • Support with preparation and rollout of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and events
  • Preparation of Diversity and Inclusion reports for various forums, including Nationalisation


Colleague Experience

  • Own the administration and coordination of the annual Employee Engagement survey project plan to ensure successful rollout of the, represent SME in relevant meetings
  • First point of contact for queries related to the Viewpoint tool, provide training to Business HR on how to navigate and use the tool, generate reports for senior HR stakeholders as required


Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Development

  • Support with the coordination the Talent Review and Succession Planning Process, and reports for the same
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders for Talent high potential programmes, and the SME Graduate Programme
  • Develop collateral (program plans, templates, forms etc) to enable the implementation of these programs

General
  • Support Business HR with Nationalisation initiatives that require Talent elements
  • Maintain all relevant and up to date documentation on the SME document control system
  • Coordinate with business HR to collate reports as required by Serco Group
  • First point of contact for Talent COE related queries.


Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of HR experience
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner and with integrity
  • Strong analytical skills and MS Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team with the ability to engage with key stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation, time management and prioritising skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Project management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Pro-active and driven, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
