HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening CVs, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate salary processing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal HR procedures
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
  • Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required
  • Support HR audits, inspections, and management reporting
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (UAE labor law preferred, if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
