Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening CVs, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate salary processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal HR procedures
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required
- Support HR audits, inspections, and management reporting
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (UAE labor law preferred, if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
