Purpose
To lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent development and performance management strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the right skills, development plans, and performance frameworks to drive growth, enhance capability, and support succession planning across the business.

Design and implement talent development frameworks aligned with business goals

Identify and close skill gaps across departments

Ensure learning initiatives support career pathing and growth

Lead the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end)

Maintain and improve the performance management system and tools

Guide managers on feedback, calibration, and performance discussions
-
Oversee training programs that build employee capabilities
-
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Collaborate with departments to meet development needs

Drive the use of tools like the 9-box grid to identify top talent
-
Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

Support leadership pipeline and succession planning initiatives
-
Track and report talent and performance KPIs
-
Analyze data to drive insights and improvements
-
Maintain dashboards for visibility on talent metrics
-
Act as an advisor to leaders on talent and performance topics
-
Facilitate talent reviews, workshops, and coaching sessions
-
Align with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce development priorities
People Management

Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department

Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures

Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance

QUALIFICATIONS
