Qualifications

Actively participated in talent management, learning & development management projects in dynamic, rapidly changing organizations,

Participated in process and system development studies,

Strong project management skills and desire to lead,

Job Description
-
Conducting training needs analysis and organize training plans accordingly
-
Managing the training budget effectively,
-
Preparation of monthly and annual training reports and consolidations.

Managing Learning Management System and Linkedin Learning platform.
-
Managing learning programs such as internal training and mentorship programs.
-
Implementing leadership development programs
-
Creating, developing and disseminating strategies related to all HR processes (learning & development, talent management and succession plan etc.),
-
Facilitating and ensuring the implementation of the initiatives in line with Group policies and processes by liaising with the all HR teams,
-
Supporting the implementation of career plans developed in line with the performance potential matrix,
-
Identifying and assessing future needs through HR strategy, goals, and competencies
-
Developing projects related to employer branding process.

Leading employee experience processes such as seniority award, volunteering program etc.
