Talent Enablement Assistant

About the Role

As a Client Enablement Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in preparing Edge Talent for success throughout the hiring journey and beyond. This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others. You will work cross-functionally to align candidate profiles with client expectations and deliver personalized coaching. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our candidates, the satisfaction of our clients, and the continued growth of our global talent ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Matching and Enablement

● Strategically assess candidates’ experience, skills, and credentials to match them with the most suitable client opportunities.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client requirements.


Training and Coaching

● Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.

Client Enablement and Coordination

● Serve as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.

● Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and continuously refine processes to meet client demands.


Qualifications

Professional Experience

● 3–5 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field.

● Background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes strongly preferred.


Skills and Competencies

● Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets is required.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.

● High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

● Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and receive constructive feedback.

● Positive, energetic, and growth-oriented attitude.
