As part of our ongoing growth, we're hiring a Talent Engagement Executive to take our post-placement process to the next level.

The Mission: Beyond Hiring — Drive Real Talent Success

Your mission is simple but powerful: ensure that every placed candidate is performing, engaged, and aligned with their role and company culture. You will serve as the liaison between employees, clients, and internal leadership — tracking progress, identifying risks, and proactively solving problems before they impact performance.

This is a high-responsibility role for someone passionate about people, performance, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly follow up with placed candidates to track daily and weekly performance.
  • Monitor whether candidates are actively engaged and delivering as expected to clients/customers.
  • Assess alignment between candidate responsibilities and actual job performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance status reports directly to the CEO.
  • Flag underperformance issues early and recommend actionable support or intervention.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and communication logs for each placed employee.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams, HR, and clients to ensure continued candidate success.
  • Promote job clarity, satisfaction, and strong cultural fit post-placement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, talent management, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidate profiles and timelines with precision.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and employee performance tracking tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership, including the CEO.

Working Hours:

  • UK Shift: Winter: 01:30pm-10:30pm , Summer : 12:30pm -09:30pm (this is the standard timings and can change as per requirement).
