Why We Need You

Derimod is accelerating its People & Culture transformation to build a future-ready, learning-focused, and globally recognized talent ecosystem. As part of this journey, we are looking for a Talent Management Lead who will shape the next-generation talent strategy for the organization.

This role will lead both the theoretical and practical design of talent management processes—integrating global best practices, digital HR solutions, and a modern approach to capability building. Working closely with the People Experience division, the Talent Management Lead will play a key role in elevating learning, development, performance, and career structures across the company.


What You Will Do

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management frameworks (talent reviews, succession planning, performance and potential calibration, leadership pipelines, career architecture, etc.).
  • Lead the digital transformation of talent processes, ensuring seamless integration with Derimod’s HR technologies and future-ready platforms.
  • Partner closely with the People Experience division to connect talent strategies with impactful learning and development programs.
  • Benchmark global best practices, engage with international thought leaders, and collaborate with global content providers to enrich Derimod’s talent philosophy.
  • Develop and manage capability maps, role matrices, and development journeys for all levels.
  • Ensure that talent processes are measurable, data-driven, and aligned with strategic workforce planning.
  • Support leaders and managers through coaching, tools, and insights that strengthen people leadership.
  • Drive initiatives that position Derimod as a globally recognized organization in talent excellence, contributing to external recognition, certifications, and institutional partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build a strong culture of performance, growth, and internal mobility.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields; a master’s degree or certification in HR, Organizational Development, or related areas is a strong advantage.
  • A track record of successful talent management in dynamic corporate settings,
  • Proven experience in HR analytics and digital HR solutions.
  • Deep understanding of modern talent tools, frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate global theory with practical, scalable solutions.
  • High learning agility with strong curiosity and openness to global research, methodologies, and innovative practices.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic action plans.
  • Strong technical competence—comfortable working with digital HR tools, talent platforms, and analytical dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with global providers, institutions, and knowledge partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both for internal policymaking and employee relations,
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly about talent and organizational development,
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects,
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities,
