About the Role


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resources Department as a Manager,
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Engineering Faculties or a related field,
  • Team leadership experience in the technology, service, or consulting sectors,
  • Proven success in project management, strategic planning, and professional recruitment processes,
  • Extensive technical knowledge of talent selection methods, career paths, and internal interview processes,
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize the Talent Science project plan,
  • Develop talent selection, assessment, and calibration processes that deliver high performance,
  • Define the company's long-term talent strategy and align it with business objectives,
  • Design and implement talent mobility strategies within the organization,
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to execute all talent management projects in a coordinated manner,
  • Coordinate the Talent Management team's recruitment, job allocation, development, and performance processes,
  • Design and manage talent assessment programs
  • Conduct analyses tailored to the needs of senior leaders and organizational teams to provide strategic recommendations.
