Core responsibilities :

  • Managing artist.
  • Artist personal management.
  • Planning & strategizing artist development.
  • Managing artist profile.
  • Conducting outbound call for lead generation & business development for the artist
  • Generating sales by obtaining advertising contracts, live shows, events by serving as the primary liaison between clients and artists.
  • Design and manage artist relations with studio for increasing brand awareness and sales amongst professional musicians, DJs and producers.
  • Discovering clients searching for new talent.
  • Setting up meetings for the artist.
  • Conducting negotiations for show & event enquiries.
  • Preparing contracts.
  • Client Servicing.
  • Monitoring income & expenditure for individual contractual engagements.
  • Coordination with accounts department.
  • Managing backend travelling – ticketing, hotel booking, transportation, food, etc.
  • Making Travel bookings and coordinating
  • Manage editorial & PR for the artist.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms to increase online presence and to attract new fans.
  • Managingdigital and social media Marketing
  • Marketing through emailers & broadcast messages to various groups/clients/event companies.
  • Getting & coordinating for creatives & show reels

Desired Profile_ :_

  • 4-5 years experience into Celebrity Management.
  • Strong experience in Artist sales.
  • Proven experience of Revenue generation.
  • Good Industry connections.
  • Target driven.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self motivated & proactive.
  • Must be a good Team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
