The HR Communications Specialist/Project Manager will cover communications that enhance and promote HR programs such as health and wellness, recognition, performance management, employee value proposition, internal/external web sites and compensation.   • Provide the planning, organizing, development, and implementation of internal and external communication strategies relating to employee experience, company culture, benefits, compensation, recruiting, talent
  • Write, edit, and proof various communications and content as needed, including but not limited to: website content, intranet content, internal announcements, recruiting efforts, and other informational content.
  • Identify, draft and garner approvals for employee/ employer-related social media content; monitor web sites and other corporate accounts as needed
  • Proof and edit various HR communications, messages, and employee-related documents for clarity and consistency; ensure all communications are aligned with HR/ corporate brand identity
  • Identify appropriate messaging channels and tactics; planning, review and approval process
  • Manage company submissions and survey administration data for external award programs for publications such as Best Place to Work
  • Manage projects from start to finish, track milestones, deliverables, partner with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans

    Reports to the Director Talent Management

    This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Communications, Human Resources, Change Leadership or related field
  • 5 years experience in Communications or related field
