Job Purpose:

• The program contributes to the qualification and technical development of young Emirati engineers, enhancing their specialized skills, while offering them opportunities for promotion through career progression.
  
  

Role Overview:

• Participate in the planning and execution of various engineering projects across different institutions and sectors of the Roads and Transport Authority.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure and transport services.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct research and analyses to support project development and decision-making.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops provided by the Roads and Transport Authority.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
