Estimator

Job Description:

• Ability to read civil drawings, take-off door quantities, prepare ironmongery schedules, estimates and quotations
• Assist and support your Seniors with regard to Project data, Customer data, Salesmen and Estimators data and other related requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• In accordance with ISO Quality Standard requirements, to record all details and to correspond with the Customers with regard to the projects you are estimating or other related activities.
• Scanning and making copies of important documents and filing them in a professional and systematic manner.
• Maintaining data-bases, operating office equipment and managing office space.
• Executing and maintaining office systems. File and retrieve documents, records and reports.
• Liaising with the Company’s customers and staff regarding official matters.
• Keep all company’s information + details strictly confidential and not enter into any activity which would harm the interests of the employer/ Company.

Requirements:

• Education : Civil Engineers
• Previous experience : 2-3 years of home country OR UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (as opposed to site supervision)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
