We’re looking for passionate professionals to join our team in the SHEIN Marketplace in Turkiye! The marketplace is a dynamic platform where we connect local sellers with consumers, offering a wide variety of products. If you’re excited to be part of a fast-paced, growing e-commerce environment and help drive the success of an innovative marketplace, we’d love to hear from you!

POSITIONS SUMMARY:

• Business Development Specialist ; Who has experience in business development, seller experience improvement, seller management, and seller performance optimization, as well as knowledge of home textiles and e-commerce.

• Seller Experience Specialist; Who has experience in seller experience improvement, seller management, and seller performance optimization, as well as fashion and commercial understanding.

• Category Operator; Who has experience in managing women’s apparel sellers on e-commerce platforms, with strong fashion and commercial understanding. (Women's Apparel)

REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements may change according to the position, but for Turkiye Marketplace we usually look for people with:

● Bachelor's degree or above;

● Experience with Marketplace;

● Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs;

● Logical and problem-oriented thinking;

● Good analytical skill;

● Excellent communication skills;

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel;

● Advanced English is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
