Are you a proven leader in talent acquisition ready to own high-stakes executive mandates? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Senior Consultant to join the elite Signium team. In this senior-level role, you will manage the full, end-to-end executive search process for complex assignments across the MEA region. You will be the primary client advisor, leading the strategy, execution, and closing of C-suite and senior leadership placements. This position requires exceptional strategic thinking, deep market expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff while consistently exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Search Lifecycle Ownership: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of retained executive searches, taking full accountability for client strategy, candidate delivery, and successful closure.
- Strategic Talent Mapping: Design and oversee complex talent mapping strategies for high-demand, niche executive roles, utilizing a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor landscapes.
- High-Level Candidate Vetting: Conduct in-depth engagement, interviewing, and comprehensive vetting of executive-level candidates to assess suitability, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients throughout the search process, managing expectations, presenting shortlists, and guiding final negotiations.
- Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership: Proactively analyze and synthesize market intelligence on compensation, industry trends, and executive movements, positioning yourself and the firm as a trusted advisor.
- Mentorship & Delegation: Mentor and delegate tasks to Executive Search Associate Consultants, ensuring their professional development and the efficient execution of search support activities.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of documentation, reporting, and ethical compliance are met across all search assignments.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Executive Search, high-level Talent Acquisition, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing and closing multiple concurrent search mandates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in advanced research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Excel.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
