Location: National Highway 37, behind Safexpress Warehouse, near Beharbari Traffic Police Point, Beharbari, Guwahati, Assam 781029

Experience Required:Minimum 2 Years

Industry Preference: Automobile Dealership

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the automobile dealership sector and be proficient in Tally ERP software. Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) and core accounting functions such as sales, purchase, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and parts reconciliation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP.
• Maintain records of sales and purchase entries.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
• Ensure accurate parts reconciliation between physical stock and system.
• TDS deductions and payments.
• Work efficiently with the Dealer Management System (DMS) for accounting-related processes.
• Assist in periodic audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare financial reports as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an automobile dealership.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and DMS software.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, BRS, Sales, Purchase, and Parts Reconciliation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
