Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers over the phone
• Explain products / services to customers
• Answer customer queries politely
• Follow-up calls and convert them into orders / enquiries
• Must be fluent in Tamil communication
• Interest in customer interaction over phone
• Basic knowledge of Computer / MS Office / WhatsApp is preferred
• Experience in telecalling will be an added advantage, but freshers can also apply (training provided)

• வாடிக்கையாளர்களை தொலைபேசி மூலம் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுதல்
• தயாரிப்பு / சேவைகள் குறித்து விளக்குதல்
• வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் கேள்விகளுக்கு பதிலளித்தல்
• Follow-up calls செய்து Order / Enquiry convert செய்தல்
• தமிழ் மொழியில் சுவாரஸ்யமாக பேச தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்
• தொலைபேசி மூலம் வாடிக்கையாளர் தொடர்பு கொள்ள ஆர்வம் வேண்டும்
• அடிப்படை Computer / MS Office / WhatsApp knowledge இருக்கும் நல்லது
• அனுபவம் இருந்தால் முன்னுரிமை, இல்லாவிட்டாலும் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்படும்
