Tamil Teacher

Indradhanu Waldorf School seeks middle school Tamil teachers (grades 6-8) with a flexible mindset to adapt conventional Tamil teaching to Waldorf's child-friendly approach, using storytelling, poetry recitation, drama, and rhythmic language blocks rooted in Waldorf Teaching.

Key Candidate Traits

• Native fluency in Tamil; ability to weave stories from literature into lessons with artistic expression.
• Understanding of adolescent development, fostering emotional balance through narrative over rote grammar.
