Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Tandoori Chef to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in North Indian and tandoor cooking, maintain high food quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced delivery-focused kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori and North Indian dishes as per standard recipes
  • Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Assist in mise-en-place, marination, and daily kitchen preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards
  • Follow SOPs, recipes, and instructions from senior chefs
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage
  • Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control
  • Support team members during peak hours to ensure timely order dispatch

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Commis or DCDP Tandoori Chef
  • Good knowledge of tandoor operations, marinades, and spices
  • Experience in a cloud kitchen or high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of North Indian gravies and accompaniments
  • Speed and accuracy in order execution
  • Time management and organizational skills

Experience:

  • 1–4 years in a similar role

Salary:

  • As per industry standards (based on experience and skill level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
