Job Description:

We are seeking highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable bartenders to join our team at the Oaklyn Springs Brewery Apex Taproom. As a bartender, you will be the face of our taproom, providing outstanding service, crafting delicious drinks, and promoting our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about craft beer and cocktails and enjoy creating a memorable experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

• provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• have a thorough knowledge of North Carolina craft beer and our specific offerings.
• craft and serve a variety of full bar cocktails efficiently and accurately.
• promote Oaklyn Springs Brewery's brand and products to customers.
• multitask and manage a busy bar environment while maintaining a high level of service.
• work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• handle transactions and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• encourage repeat business by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with customers
• be available to work weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

• previous bartending experience, particularly with craft beer and full bar cocktails.
• strong knowledge of North Carolina craft beer.
• excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work well in a team environment.
• passion for customer service and driving customer satisfaction
• flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, nights and weekends.
