Location:  Greenwood Brewing DTPHX, 922 N 5th St. Phoenix, Arizona 85004

Schedule:  1–2 shifts per week including one weeknight and/or weekend

Greenwood Brewing is a woman-owned, self-funded craft brewery built on community, quality, and collaboration. We started in a garage and grew into a Downtown Phoenix brewery and beer garden where we focus on creating thoughtful, welcoming experiences for every guest.

We are looking for a Part-Time Bartender who wants to be part of something meaningful and who takes ownership of their role within a growing Arizona craft brand.

The Role:

As a Greenwood Bartender, you are the face of our brand. You create the experience.

You Will:

• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized taproom
• Manage taps, kegs, and CO₂ systems
• Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling support, and vendor coordination
• Support daily operations so the taproom runs smoothly.

Every bartender at Greenwood is expected to understand our beer, communicate our story, and contribute to a positive, team-first environment.

Qualifications: 

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical brewery demands:
• Lift 55 lbs / move 165 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Work in hot, wet environments
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals
