  • Maintain taproom flow and service standards
  • Step into service during peak volume while maintaining awareness of the entire room
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
  • Mentor and guide bartenders and service staff
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently educate guests on craft beer styles and offerings

This brewery gets busy. You must be composed, decisive, and organized in a high-energy, high-volume environment.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Assist with staff scheduling and coverage
  • Confirm payroll details and shift reporting
  • Update Toast including menus, pricing, and event details
  • Manage bar and merchandise inventory organization
  • Coordinate music payouts and event logistics
  • Maintain organization across the taproom and Clark Hall
