Tasting Room Mixologist/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Professional Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. This role requires proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly desirable.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flair
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using POS system
• Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes
• Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling practices
• Demonstrate knowledge of techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience
• Conduct Tastings of our distilled products

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or nightclub setting is preferred
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting
• Customer service experience with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience with Distillation or Distillery tastings is a plus
• Valid Tennessee Server Permit required
