Tax Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Analyst to support our tax compliance, reporting, and advisory functions. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, perform tax research, and support audits and regulatory matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns (VAT, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) as applicable.

· Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations and statutory deadlines.

· Analyze financial data to determine tax liabilities and exposures.

· Assist in tax assessments, audits, and inquiries from tax authorities.

· Conduct tax research and provide technical support on tax matters.

· Review contracts and transactions from a tax compliance perspective.

· Maintain proper documentation and tax working papers.

· Support month-end and year-end tax reporting processes.

· Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and authorities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

· Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / CTA) – preferred or pursuing.

· 2–4 years of relevant tax experience (UAE tax experience preferred).

· Strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax laws.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Tally, Zoho, SAP).

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes

· Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

· Familiarity with FTA portal filings and tax audits.

· Strong problem-solving and research skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
