Tax Credit Assistant Property Manager- Parkside and Mountain View Apartments

Seldin Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at Parkside and Mountain View Apartments in Longmont, CO. These are Tax Credit and HUD communities with 130 total apartment units. This is a full time position 30 hours per week, the schedule for the position will be between the hours of 8AM- 5PM and a schedule will be discussed during the interview process. This position will pay up to $22.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
