ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented tax expert to join Coca-Cola HBC Egypt tax team. As a Taxes expert, you will be responsible for preparing different types of tax return, monitor the tax GL accounts, support in tax audit preparation in addition to participate in group reporting. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of tax concepts and the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review the applied WHT rates by the AP team, and reconcile against the relevant GL.
- Responsible for WHT return preparation, upload to tax portal and coordinate with the AP team for WHT payment.
- Prepare on a quarterly base the WHT certificate for vendors and customer’s rebates.
- Calculate the stamp tax on a monthly base, secure the payment and deliver the stamp tax return to the tax authority.
- Support in preparing the VAT return, reconcile the VAT base against the revenues.
- Prepare monthly BS reconciliation for tax accounts to monitor tax balances and payments.
- Follow up any pending items with the tax authority. Support in preparing the tax audit activities and work on mitigating tax risk during the inspection process.

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or any related field.
- 2+ Years experience
- SAP user is a plus.
- Communication & negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
