Job description

1. Handling Scrutiny Assessment Matters and drafting replies in response to various notices issued

2. Preparing and filing of appeals, submissions and Paperbook before Hon'ble CIT(A) and /or Hon'ble ITAT

3.Drafting of Opinions on various issues relating to Direct Tax/ International Tax

4.Briefing the Senior Counsel

5. Research on latest direct tax issues.

6. Assist in-charge in obtaining all necessary working papers and documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings.

7. Identify and communicate important matters to managers and partners.

8. Assisting in carrying out quality services to clients in multiple industries.

9.To assist the Partner/ Superior in implementing and executing projects as per the professional and firms quality standards.

The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant

Having post qualification experience in handling assessments and drafting of appeals and submissions before Hon'ble CIT(A) and/or Hon'ble ITAT of at least one year

Having a working knowledge of various provisions of Direct Tax and Accounts

Should have good drafting, communication and research skills

Efficiency in MS Office

Strong Problem Solving Skills

Should be able to work in a team

Must have good interpersonal skills
