Upscale NOLA is currently hiring motivated and ambitious Tax Preparers for mid-season support. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are driven, self-motivated, and ready to earn based on performance.

We are willing to train the right candidate — however, you must bring hustle, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision

• Goal-oriented with a natural hustle mentality

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Willingness to learn tax preparation and financial fundamentals

• Ability to attract and retain clients (marketing yourself is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual tax returns accurately and efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow up with clients

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance

• Assist with client outreach and marketing efforts

Training:

• Training provided for serious candidates

• Must be coachable and willing to apply what is taught

This is not a sit-back-and-wait position.
