The Team:

The German business tax team in USI is engaged in preparation and reviews of various type of corporate entities in Germany which includes tax reporting, tax returns, DWT returns, law firm tax return submissions etc. We are a team with professionals of varying experience and skills in tax technical, the team is involved in training, onboarding, work allocations, process improvement/documentation etc.

The Role:

Detail-oriented PMO professional with 3–5 years of experience supporting and managing payroll-related projects in complex organizational environments. Demonstrates strong technological affinity and hands-on experience with payroll systems and project management tools. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements.
