Taxi Driver

We are hiring Taxi Drivers for UAE operations. Candidates can be experienced drivers with a valid UAE driving license or freshers with a home country license (minimum 2 years old). Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while ensuring excellent customer service.

Salary & Incentives:

• Basic Salary: 800 AED per month
• Commission: Up to 35% per ride
• Bonus: Performance-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations following the shortest and safest routes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Use taxi apps or dispatch systems as required by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and earnings.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License or Home Country License (minimum 2 years old)
• Age between 24 – 50 years old
• Physically fit and capable of driving long hours.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented

General Terms & Conditions:

• No medical insurance provided; discounted facilities available at company-affiliated clinics
• Daily petrol limit provided by the company
• Vehicle maintenance and servicing covered by the company
• Fuel deduction: 0.52 AED/km and SRTA fee deducted from daily earnings
• Traffic fines and SRTA fines will be deducted from driver salary
