Job Title: Merchandiser.
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years.
Location: Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Um Al-Quwain, Ajman).

Eligibility: Experience in plastics and food products and Open to all nationalities.

Job Summary:

Contributing to enhancing sales efficiency and increasing product visibility in the markets by executing attractive and well-organized display and merchandising operations, ensuring product availability at points of sale, and maintaining proper coordination with warehouses to replenish stock shortages in a timely manner. Monitoring product movement and tracking competitors’ performance to identify high-demand products, providing recommendations to strengthen leading items, achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and expand the company’s market share.

Key Responsibilities:

· Arrange and display products at points of sale in an attractive manner, in compliance with the company’s policies and standards.

· Continuously monitor product availability on shelves to ensure there are no shortages.

· Review of Expired Products and Returns

· Continuously monitor product expiration dates at points of sale.

· Record and document expired items according to approved forms and procedures.

· Receive returned products from customers and ensure they meet the relevant conditions and policies.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports on damaged, expired, and returned products and submit them to the direct manager.

· Review stock levels at retail locations and coordinate with warehouse data to maintain a balance between supply and demand.

· Coordinate with company warehouses and retail locations to supply products directly to store warehouses without delay, ensuring fast distribution and storage.

· Submit replenishment requests to warehouses when needed to cover shortages and maintain continuous product availability.

· Monitor competing products and record the most popular items in the market to provide periodic reports to management.

· Ensure the safety and quality of products during display and remove damaged or near-expiry items according to company policies.

· Coordinate with the sales team to implement promotional plans and special offers at points of sale.

· Prepare periodic reports on product status, inventory movement, and customer and competitor feedback.

· Maintain the brand image by presenting products professionally to highlight their value.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

· Previous experience in merchandising, field sales, or market monitoring for at least 2–4 years.

· Experience in arranging and displaying products, monitoring inventory, and analyzing sales trends.

· Ability to use inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) for reporting purposes.

· Experience dealing with various markets, retailers, and suppliers is preferred.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
