Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Recruiter to hire Bike riders and Car Drivers for immediate joining. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with bulk hiring, field recruitment, and fast turnaround timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit bike riders and car drivers through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, field hiring, walk-ins, social media).
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews/onboarding.
• Ensure quick closures to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
• Verify candidate documents and eligibility.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams for smooth joining.
• Handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in blue-collar or driver/rider recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to do field recruitment when required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring delivery riders, bike riders, taxi drivers, or car drivers.
• Local area knowledge and vendor connections.
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
