Taxi Driver (Male/Female)

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and professional Taxi Driver (Male/Female) to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations in a timely manner
• Ensure safe driving practices at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle
• Follow assigned routes and use navigation tools when required
• Assist passengers with luggage when necessary
• Adhere to UAE traffic laws and company policies
• Collect fares and issue receipts as applicable
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a driver (Taxi/Uber/Careem preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Good customer service skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications
• Prior experience in passenger transport services

• Salary starts from Basic AED 900 (A salary increment of AED 100 in Basic will be granted after 6 months, subject to satisfactory performance and evaluation)
